HAOD Hearing Aid User Guide

 

1. How to Wear the Hearing Aids

• Left: Blue marker
• Right: Red marker

(The color indicates which ear each hearing aid is for.)

 

 

 

 

2. Smart Charger & Hearing Aid Operation

• Charge for approximately 2 hours for a full charge.
• A full charge provides up to one full day of use.
• The charging case has a built-in battery and can provide up to 3 additional full charges when fully charged.

Power On

• Remove the hearing aids from the charger.
• They will turn on automatically.  

 

 

Power Off

• Place the hearing aids back into the charger.
• They will turn off automatically.

 

3. Using the Drying Container

If you are not using the hearing aids or not charging them:

• Turn the hearing aids OFF.
• Press and hold the button on the bottom of the hearing aid for 2–3 seconds to turn it ON (green light). Press and hold it again for 2–3 seconds to turn it OFF (red light).
• Store the hearing aids in the drying container.
• Replace the silica gel approximately every 2–3 months.

 

 

 

4. Cleaning

• Clean the dome daily using the provided cleaning brush.
• If earwax is stuck to the dome or blocks the opening, sound cannot pass through properly.
• The main purpose of the cleaning brush is to remove earwax from the dome to ensure clear sound.

 

Important Notes

• Do not wear the hearing aids while showering or using a sauna.
• The hearing aids are IP68 water-resistant, making them suitable for everyday use. However, do not immerse them in water.
